The Challenge: Public listed Watabe Wedding is Japan’s leading Wedding Services company, with revenue exceeding US$500m. It was looking to regionalise, seeking to develop branding strategy for Asia. In particular, it looked to packaging and design its services for expansion to Singapore, where it did not enjoy any brand equity.

The Result: Revenue tripled after the brand campaign, generating more enquiries than their team could handle and a wealth of editorial coverage online and off. They have successfully spun off into corporate events and are now in the process of expanding their footprint in South-East Asia.
