The Challenge: Vivian Regina started with a production facility in South Africa, serving the local Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) market. With a limited sized market, they sought overseas expansion but despite Vivian Regina’s superior product design, were hampered by trusted international brand names such as Owens Corning.
The Result: The new branding, positioning and packaging brought clients such as Lamborghini & Bentley to their doorstep. More importantly, paint leader CIN struck up a deal with Vivian Regina which provide them access to DIY stores across Brazil, culminating in the investment in a new production facility in South America. Currently, Vivian Regina has grown into an international business with a presence in Brazil, Portugal and Singapore.
