To brand & launch a successful start-up in a saturated market

The Challenge: The challenge was to brand, design and launch a new frozen dessert brand in Singapore, where the market is already saturated with offerings of Ice Cream, Frozen Yoghurts and Gelatos – occupying every niche between mass to premium packaging. On top of that, the budget made available by the pair of budding young entrepreneurs was restrictive at best.

 

The Result: The branding result was consistent growth of fan base with a current 12000 likes on FB and counting. What was more crucial is the penetration into schools and more recently, Soyato’s launch and distribution through Singapore’s largest supermarket chain – where it sold out on launch day.
