The Challenge: Mama Lemon, a household name in Singapore trusted by generations, was grappling with keener competition that was achieving better resonance with a new generation of consumers. It badly needed to re-position itself and re-invigorate its branding as well as packaging design.

 

The Result: Immediately after its re-launch onto shelves, the brand saw the highest recorded sales they ever achieved in Singapore, increasing and maintaining at some 20% following the launch.
