The Challenge: KU, the leading private education organisation with revenue exceeding US$2bn, has been on an acquisition spree - strengthening its portfolio of education brands of pre-schools, online colleges and international school campuses. Two key challenges have surfaced as a result, to differentiatiate, design and position the brands in the mind of customers and increasing awareness of KU as the brand behind the brands.
The Result: Knowledge Universe successfully introduced its systems, packaging it for other Asian countries, with Learning Vision operating childcare centres for a major government body in Malaysia and multinational companies in Bangalore. One of its brands, Asian International College, is now one of only two Programme Partners appointed by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) for the ECE sector. The Canadian International School Singapore has also recently become part of the Knowledge Universe family.
